How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Bridgenix account and all associated data by following these steps:

1. Open the Bridgenix App on your device
2. Go to "Mine" > "Account Information"
3. Click "Delete Account" from the menu options
4. Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm your decision to permanently delete your account

Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

After deletion, all your personal data will be erased except for financial records that we are legally required to retain for compliance purposes.
